Azov fighters act on instructions to kill Russian troops rather than capturing them — POW

Daniel Zharkov earlier confessed to killing a Russian soldier

DONETSK, January 29. /TASS/. The command of militants of the Azov group (recognized as terrorist and banned in Russia) has banned taking Russian troops captive, a black member of the group, who recently surrendered, told TASS.

"[The instructions are] to interrogate and kill. The Ukrainians have avoided taking Russian soldiers captive. I mean Azov. Our task is to avoid capturing them," Daniel Zharkov revealed.

Earlier, Zharkov confessed to killing a Russian soldier in an interview with TASS.
