Ukraine turns into West’s private military company — Russia’s UN envoy

"Ukraine at present is essentially nothing but a private military company in hands of Western countries, whose task is to inflict maximal damage to Russia," the diplomat said

UNITED NATIONS, December 30. /TASS/. Ukraine has lost its own financial and military resources long ago and turned into a private military company in West’s hands, Russian Permanent Representative to the United Nations Vasily Nebenzya said.

"Ukraine at present is essentially nothing but a private military company in hands of Western countries, whose task is to inflict maximal damage to Russia," the diplomat said at a meeting of the UN Security Council.

"The [Ukrainian President Vladimir] Zelensky’s regime has lost all its own long ago" and is surviving now exclusively on account of cash injections from Brussels, Washington, and London," he added.
