BELGOROD, November 12. /TASS/. The Ukrainian armed forces launched more than 40 munitions and 21 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) at Russia’s Belgorod Region over the past 24 hours, injuring two civilians, Vyacheslav Gladkov, the region’s governor, reported on his Telegram channel.
"In the Grayvoronsky district, the settlements of Bezymeno and Dronovka were attacked with 8 munitions in one round of shelling and one drone. A man was hit by a blast from an explosive device in the settlement of Dronovka, which is restricted for entry," he wrote.
Ukraine launched 12 munitions and 3 unmanned aerial vehicles at the Shebekinsky district. A woman, who sustained injuries in an attack on the city of Shebekino at night on November 9, sought treatment at a medical institution. She was diagnosed with mine blast trauma and barotrauma. Over the past day, eleven private homes, three outbuildings, three cars, gas supply pipelines, and power supply lines were damaged. In addition, a house with two apartments was partially destroyed by a munition. A private home was destroyed by a UAV strike.
A total of 18 munitions and 4 UAVs were launched at the Valuysky, Volokonovsky, Korochansky, and Krasnoyaruzhsky districts, with no casualties or damage reported. Ukraine also launched seven UAVs at the Starooskolsky district, with one of the drones starting a fire in an oil depot’s tank. The fire teams promptly extinguished it.
Five settlements in the Belgorod and Borisovsky district were attacked with four munitions and six drones. A private home, two cars, the exterior and equipment of an agricultural facility, as well as two communication facilities were damaged. Four fixed-wing drones were intercepted in the skies over the Chernyansky district, damaging two private households.
