MOSCOW, November 21. /TASS/. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Vershinin and Turkish Ambassador to Moscow Tanju Bilgic have discussed the situation around the Palestine-Israeli conflict and the issue of the grain deal, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
"Special consideration was given to the issue of Istanbul agreements dated July 22, 2022 on ensuring uninterrupted access for grain and fertilizers to global markets, as well as the current situation in the zone of the Palestine-Israeli conflict considering the continuing escalation of violence on the occupied Palestine territory, first of all in the Gaza Strip," according to a statement released on the ministry’s website following the meeting that took place on Monday.
The parties also discussed relevant, mutually interesting issues of the international and regional agendas at the consideration of the UN Security Council and General Assembly.
