MOSCOW, November 15. /TASS/. Russia’s voice is heard at the Group of Twenty summit, with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov having held a lot of bilateral meetings and swiftly responding to any criticism of Russia, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said on Tuesday.

"Russia is commendably represented by our foreign minister. Russia’s voice is heard. Lavrov has held a lot of bilateral meetings there. So, Russia is represented at an appropriate level," he said.

Commenting on reports that several participating nations voiced criticism in respect to Russia, the Kremlin spokesman noted, "Our minister swiftly responds to such criticism and our experts express disagreements with this criticism while working on documents."

According to Peskov, Lavrov conveys the point of view of the president, who decided not to attend the summit. "The country’s foreign policy is determined by the president," he stressed.
