As of 07:10 a.m. Moscow time (04:10 a.m. GMT), the dollar was down by 0.54% at 87.92 rubles.

By 07:38 a.m. Moscow time (04:38 a.m. GMT), the dollar had narrowed losses to 0.43% trading at 88.02 rubles. Meanwhile, the euro was down by 0.2% at 96.51 rubles, while the yuan was up by 0.06% at 12.326 rubles.
