As of 07:00 a.m. Moscow time (04:00 a.m. GMT), the euro was down by 0.97% at 95.76 rubles.
As of 07:38 a.m. Moscow time (04:38 a.m. GMT), the euro was down by 0.2% at 96.51 rubles.
Meanwhile, the dollar was down by 0.43% at 88.02 rubles, while the yuan was up by 0.06% at 12.326 rubles.
