Russia’s budget to receive all pledged export duties on fertilizers — minister

119 bln rubles will go to Russia's budget

MOSCOW, July 31. /TASS/. The 119 bln rubles ($1.29 bln) included in the Russian federal budget for 2023 from fertilizer export duties will be received in full, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said in an interview with TASS.

"We agreed that the planned volume of 119 bln rubles will go to the budget in full," Siluanov said.

From January 1, Russia introduced an export duty on mineral fertilizers in the amount of 23.5% if the price of fertilizers exceeds $450 per ton. Deliveries below this price are not subject to duty. The duty is valid until the end of 2023.
