MOSCOW, April 13. /TASS/. The price of shares of TMK (Pipe Metallurgical Company) rose by 8.98% on Moscow Exchange on Thursday to 109.7 rubles per share, according to trading data as of 10:03 a.m. Moscow time.

Earlier, the company announced the board meeting to be held on April 20, 2023. The agenda contains the issue of 2022 dividend payout among other things.

As of 10:40 a.m., TMK shares narrowed gains to 5.56% trading at 106.26 rubles per share.
