MOSCOW, June 18 (Itar-Tass) - Moscow's Tverskoi court on Tuesday again postponed the hearing over the case against auditor of Hermitage Capital Management foundation Sergei Magnitsky, who died in a remand ward, and foundation director general, British citizen William Browder, accused of tax evasion to the tune of 522 million roubles.
The court adjourned until June 21 as Browder's lawyer Kirill Goncharov failed to appear for unknown reason. Judge Igor Alisov said head of Moscow's Bar Genry Reznik had been requested to look into the matter.
