WARSAW, July 8. /TASS/. French President Francois Hollande said on Friday he sees Russia neither as an enemy nor as a threat.
"NATO is not claiming to influence relations Europe is to maintain with Russia," he said upon arrival in Warsaw to attend a NATO summit. "Russia is neither enemy nor threat to France."
