KIEV, June 9. /TASS/. Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky imposed sanctions against 236 Russian colleges and 261 college heads, according to the presidential website.
The list of sanctioned colleges includes the Lomonosov State University (MSU), the Bauman Moscow State Technical University (MGTU), the HSE University, the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), and the Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University - a total of 236 colleges.
The sanctions include cessation of cultural exchanges, scientific cooperation, educational and sport contacts. The sanctions also cover 261 college heads, including MSU rector Viktor Sadovnichiy.
Sanctions against college heads include blocking of their assets in Ukraine, suspension of financial obligations, withdrawing of Ukrainian state awards, prohibition of purchase of land and a number of other restrictions.
