Overnight, an air raid alert was declared across entire Ukraine

KIEV, February 16. /TASS/. A fire at an oil depot broke out in Ukraine’s Kirovograd region, currently the blaze has been localized, the region’s head Andrey Raykovich said on Thursday.

"A fire broke out at an oil depot," he said in a video recording posted on his Telegram channel. He did not specify where the depot was located and how much fuel was stored there but noted that the blaze was localized. Earlier, he reported that blasts occurred at a critical infrastructure facility in the Kropivnitsky district in the Kirovograd region.

A couple of explosions occurred in Odessa, the Dumskaya web media outlet reported on Thursday. According to it, the blasts were heard in the city’s southern part. The media outlet did not provide any further details and there was no official commentary.

Overnight, an air raid alert was declared across entire Ukraine. Media outlets reported explosions in the Dnepropetrovsk, Kirovograd, Nikolayev, Odessa, Poltava, Sumy and Cherkassy regions. On Thursday afternoon, an air raid alarm was declared nationwide but it was lifted later.
