MOSCOW, March 23. /TASS/. No explosive devices of substances have been found at parking lots around the Crocus City Hall music venue outside Moscow after a terror attack, Alexander Khinshtein, a member of the Russian State Duma, or lower parliament house, said.

"Russian National Guard officers finished the examination of the Crocus City Hall parking lots. No explosive substances or devices have been found," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
