MOSCOW, March 22. /TASS/. The attack in the Crocus City Hall is a terrorist and sabotage attack by Ukraine, the terrorists must be eliminated on the spot, Viktor Bondarev, chairman of the Defense and Security Committee in Russia’s Federation Council, or upper house of parliament, told TASS.

"What happened in the Crocus City Hall is a terrorist attack and act of sabotage by Ukraine. There is no excuse for terrorists. They must be eliminated on the spot," the senator said.
