Ukrainian biolabs incorporated into global infectious disease control system — official

This network Pentagon has been developing since 1997 is based on the WRAMC in Maryland

MOSCOW, May 27. /TASS/. Russian defense ministry specialists have evidence proving that Ukrainian biolaboratories were incorporated into the system of global control over infectious diseases, Chief of Russia’s radiation, chemical and biological protection force, Igor Kirillov, said on Friday.

"Specialists of the Russian defense ministry have proved that Ukrainian biolaboratories were incorporated into the system of global control over infectious diseases," he said.

This network Pentagon has been developing since 1997 is based on the Walter Reed Army Medical Center (WRAMC) in Maryland, he explained. The network includes land troops and naval laboratories, and military bases in various parts of the world.

According to Kirillov, the deployment of such a network follows a typical scenario. First, the Americans voice concern over the epidemiological situation in the region, then they work to incite interest, including material, of corresponding officials, primarily of health ministries, in joint activities and then sign intergovernmental agreements. In the long run, they build a biolab and incorporate it into the system of biomonitoring.

"All of the country’s developments in the biological sphere become the US property. Moreover, local specialists are denied access to certain researches and their results," he added.
