Russia outraged at OSCE keeping mum on missile attack on Donetsk - envoy

There were no condolences or regrets in connection with the war crime committed by Ukrainian units against innocent civilians, Alexander Lukashevich noted

MOSCOW, March 19./TASS/. Russia is outraged at the leadership and most of the OSCE participating states for their deliberately ignoring the tragedy resulting from a missile attack at Donetsk, Russian OSCE Ambassador Alexander Lukashevich told a meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council.

"We are outraged that the OSCE Chairmanship-in-Office and the majority of the countries participants intentionally ignored this horrible tragic incident. There were no condolences or regrets in connection with the war crime committed by Ukrainian units against innocent civilians. The OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Polish Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau, who spoke at the UN Security Council on that day, failed to mention that incident," Lukashevich said.
