Yalta Conference, also called the Crimea Conference was held February 4–11, 1945. Meeting of the heads of government of the United States, the United Kingdom and the Soviet Union was represented by Franklin D. Roosevelt, Winston Churchill and Joseph Stalin, who discussed the reestablishment of the nations of war-torn Europe. The conference took place in the Livadia Palace near Yalta in Crimea.
