Republika Srpska to continue cooperating with Russia — politician

The parties confirmed readiness "to continue cooperation in the gas sphere," Milorad Dodik specified

MOSCOW, September 29. /TASS/. Russia will keep current prices of hydrocarbon supplies and cooperate in the sphere of gas-fired power plants construction, said Milorad Dodik, chairman of the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats, the leading political party of Republika Srpska (entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina), after the meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

"I have received a confirmation in the Kremlin during the meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin that the gas price for Republika Srpska will stay unchanged. We also discussed expansion of cooperation with the Orao aviation institute in Bijeljina. The Russian side will provide us with concrete opportunities for continuation and development of this activity. This was my 29th meeting with President Putin. We affirmed commitment of cooperation in political, economic and all other spheres," Dodik wrote on X.

The parties confirmed readiness "to continue cooperation in the gas sphere, including in the area of construction of gas-fired power plants," he added.
