Serbian PM says mechanisms of color revolutions may be used in country

Milos Vucevic also pointed out that "if Russia provides official data, Serbia will analyze the information received"

BELGRADE, December 26. /TASS/. Serbian Prime Minister Milos Vucevic said that he does not rule out the possibility of external influence on the events taking place in Serbia, including the rivals using the mechanisms of color revolutions and putting pressure on the country's legitimate authorities.

Commenting to reporters on Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova’s statement about the West's attempts to destabilize the situation in the country, he said: "If you look at some protocols or instructions on how to conduct color revolutions, you will see that this is being applied in Serbia. This is not a conspiracy theory, you can see it clearly." The prime minister also pointed out that "if Russia provides official data, Serbia will analyze the information received."

"Serbia must be careful not to be caught in the grip of this geopolitical game and players. I am not saying that anyone has such intentions, but we must understand our geopolitical position and defend Serbia," Vucevic pointed out.
