Over 4,000 people arrive in Russia from Ukrainian territory daily on average

MOSCOW, January 30. /TASS/. The number of refugees who have arrived in Russia from Ukrainian territory since February last year has exceeded 5.2 million people, the law-enforcement-agencies told TASS on Monday.

"According to the data as of Monday morning, over 5.2 million people, including 733,000 children, have arrived," the law-enforcement agencies said.

Over 4,000 people arrive in Russia from Ukrainian territory daily on average. Russia has set up 897 temporary accommodation centers for refugees and only about 40,000 displaced people have taken use of them. The other refugees have found accommodation on their own and at their relatives’ places, the law-enforcement agencies said.
