ST. PETERSBURG, September 25. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin said he intends to attend the APEC summit in China.

The president reiterated that his trip to the summit will depend on the situation inside Russia.

"I intend to take part in this work. <…> I repeat once again, ultimately [the decision on participation] will depend on the situation inside Russia," Putin told reporters.
