The participants of the 28th UN Climate Change Conference (COP28) should consider the interests of people of the whole world, including the need for available energy, water and food, head of Russia’s delegation, Special Presidential Envoy for Climate Ruslan Edelgeriyev said.
"We cannot but take into consideration the variety of needs of the population in various parts of the world, including the need for available and reliable energy, water and food, as well as in a broader sense for raising the quality of life," he said.
