The UAE Public Prosecution has ordered the formation of an investigative team to probe the incident involving a Flydubai plane that was flying from Dubai to Tel Aviv on September 30 and made an emergency landing in Saudi Arabia, WAM reported, noting that the Public Prosecution is considering an attempted terrorist attack among the possible causes of the incident.

According to the agency, the investigative team, together with the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority, is establishing all the circumstances of the incident, determining whether it could have been linked to terrorist activity and whether it was planned.
