Rusnano sells off majority of legacy assets over last 24 months — spokesman

It is noted that prospective projects are in the works through partnerships protected from the risks relevant to Rusnano

MOSCOW, October 25. /TASS/. Rusnano has sold off 70% of its investment portfolio and plans to sell its remaining distressed assets and companies to strategic investors in 2023-2024, a spokesman for the Russian state-run nanotechnology company told TASS.

"Our team has sold 70% of the Rusnano legacy portfolio over two years. Mostly distressed assets and companies prepared for sale to strategic investors remain to be unloaded in 2023-2024," the spokesman said.

Prospective projects are in the works through partnerships protected from the risks relevant to Rusnano, he noted.

"The management company has already settled two-thirds of the cumulative debt. The remaining debt is 80% covered by shareholders’ guarantees," the spokesman added.
