Forpost UAV system and UTS-800 training aircraft

The Forpost medium-range UAV system has proven its efficiency in real combat conditions. In its strike configuration, the system can carry missiles or glide bombs allowing it to deliver strikes on stationary and moving targets, including armor. The Forpost is capable of conducting optical, radio and radar monitoring and employing air-launched weapons. The payload includes replaceable modules with a thermal imaging camera, a color video camera on a gyro-stabilized rotating platform, a photo camera and other equipment.

The UTS-800 training plane features high maneuverability and low operational costs. The aircraft trainer is outfitted with a turboprop engine, ejection seats, a standard oxygen system, an air conditioner, an anti-icing system and other equipment. An available G-suit ensures the pilot’s increased tolerance to piloting overloads. The airframe is made of domestic composite materials. The UTS-800 plane’s cockpit is similar to the cockpits of Russian-made combat aircraft.
