On Friday, the Berdyansk administration reported that there was an explosion on the sixth floor of an apartment building that killed one person and injured ten others

MOSCOW, October 3. /TASS/. The explosion that took place earlier in the apartment of a house in Berdyansk turned out to be a saboteur's self-detonation, Vladimir Rogov, chairman of the ‘We Together with Russia’ movement, said on Monday.

"There was a self-detonation, it was not yet seen in the media. There was an explosion. At first we thought it was domestic gas, that a person brought in a [gas] cylinder, because there is no gas yet. But it turned out it wasn't. It was another saboteur; he had a large amount of explosives. But for some reason someone remotely activated the explosives, <...> there was a fire, ten more people were injured. Thank God no one was killed except him," Rogov said on during a Zvezda TV broadcast.

On Friday, the Berdyansk administration reported that there was an explosion on the sixth floor of an apartment building that killed one person and injured ten others. The explosion reportedly destroyed interior partitions.
