US exploits Ukraine to create threats to entire world, says Russian security chief

The US biological programs in Ukraine demands the special attention of the entire civilized world, Nikolay Patrushev pointed out

MOSCOW, March 28. /TASS/. Ukraine was exploited by Washington to create threats to the entire civilized world, Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolay Patrushev said.

"Apart from being a bridgehead for anti-Russian activities, Washington-controlled Ukraine was exploited for creating threats to the entire civilized world. I mean primarily the closed US military biological programs implemented on its soil, as well as plans to create nuclear weapons," Patrushev said.

"This [biological programs] demands the special attention of the entire civilized world, since only the United States has not joined the protocol on mutual control within the framework of the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention. In addition, the United States is the only state that has used all types of weapons of mass destruction against sovereign countries in history," the security chief pointed out.

Patrushev noted that "the most odious and tragic example of Washington’s destructive policy was Ukraine, which has been programmed to be anti-Russian for 30 years since its independence."
