MOSCOW, May 23. /TASS/. Commenting on the Ukrainian attack on a college dormitory in Starobelsk in the Lugansk People’s Republic, Russian presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky noted that only the Nazis deliberately targeted schools, pioneer camps, and children in general during the Great Patriotic War.

"The Ukrainian armed forces bombed the academic building and dormitory of a Starobelsk college, one of the oldest educational institutions in Donbass (dating back to the first half of the 19th century). It trained kindergarten teachers and elementary school teachers. <…> Only the Nazis deliberately targeted schools, colleges, pioneer camps, and children during the Great Patriotic War. I can’t recall any other such instances," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
