LPR reports arrivals of foreigners to join Ukrainian troops near Kharkov

It is reported that foreigners have been arriving "by civilian buses with European license plates"

LUGANSK, February 14. /TASS/. Foreign citizens have been arriving to join Ukrainian troops deployed near Kharkov, the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) people’s militia retired Lieutenant-Colonel Andrey Marochko told TASS on Tuesday.

According to him, foreigners have been arriving in Kharkov and the Kharkov Region for their permanent deployment. "The arrival of English-speaking citizens, as well as people who speak French, German and Polish, has been registered," he specified.

Foreigners have been arriving "by civilian buses with European license plates," he added.
