VLADIVOSTOK, September 4. /TASS/. The speech of Russia’s President Vladimir Putin at the Eastern Economic Forum has convinced China National Petroleum Corporation's (CNPC) CEO Wang Yilin the cooperation between Russia and China on the oil and gas sector will have new development.
"Today, as I listened to the speech of President Putin, I realized our cooperation will have new development," he told TASS on Friday.
"[President] Putin, like President [of China] Xi Jinping is paying special attention to support of the oil and gas sector," he said. "Development of relations between China and Russia is very vast and promising."
The first Eastern Economic Forum continues its work in Vladivostok. It will last till September 5. The platform is used for presentation of the region’s opportunities and projects.
