KURSK, April 29. /TASS/. A border checkpoint in the Rylsky district of the Kursk Region was shelled on Friday morning, there were no casualties or damage, the region’s Governor Roman Starovoyt wrote on his Telegram channel.
"The morning in the border Rylsky district was restive. About 08:00, a border checkpoint in the Krupets settlement was shelled with mortars. There are no victims or destruction," he wrote.
According to the governor, Russian border guards and servicemen suppressed firing positions with retaliatory fire.
A checkpoint on the Russian-Ukrainian border in the Glushkovsky district of the Kursk Region was shelled with mortars from the Ukrainian side on April 23. As a result, a building of the Russian Federal Service for the Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance caught fire, there were no casualties.
