PRETORIA, November 26. /TASS/. The servicemen who announced they had seized power in Guinea-Bissau have closed the country's borders, the AFP news agency reported.
The coup leaders claim to be in complete control of the country. The servicemen who carried out the coup are currently reading their statement to reporters at the army headquarters in the capital, Bissau.
President Umaro Sissoco Embalo has been arrested by the coup leaders.
