Abkhazia’s ministries, agencies switched to reinforced mode over riots

The head of state ordered the ministers to switch their corresponding ministries to the reinforced mode of operation, the presidential press office said

SUKHUM, November 16. /TASS/. Abkhazian President Aslan Bzhania held a government meeting, ordering the ministers to switch their corresponding ministries to the reinforced mode over the riots, organized by the opposition, the presidential press office announced.

"President Aslan Bzhania held a cabinet meeting, which discussed ways to stabilize the situation that emerged after the November 15 events. The head of state ordered the ministers to switch their corresponding ministries to the reinforced mode of operation. The meeting was attended by Vice President Badra Gunba, members of the government, the Head of the Presidential Administration, the Prosecutor General and the Head of the State Protection Service," the press office said.
