LUGANSK, February 9. /TASS/. Ukrainian troops are actively using makeshift chemical munitions, Andrey Marochko, a retired lieutenant colonel of the People’s Militia of the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR), told TASS on Wednesday.

According to Marochko, Ukrainian troops have been using various chemical munitions in the conflict zone in Donbass since 2014 but they were isolated cases.
