MOSCOW, February 5. /TASS/. Head of the Republic of North Ossetia, Sergey Menyailo, TASS editor for the North Caucasus Federal District Nizami Gadzhibalaev and the film crew of Channel One came under fire from the Ukrainian armed forces in the Zaporozhye region.

According to a TASS correspondent, this happened while visiting the positions of Ossetian volunteer detachments and those mobilized from the republic, to whom Sergey Menyailo came to deliver the necessary humanitarian aid.

After the first attack Sergey Menyailo together with correspondents and fighters from the republic took refuge in the nearest dugout, which was slightly damaged. There are no victims or injured. Currently, head of North Ossetia and correspondents are safe.
