MOSCOW, February 6. /TASS/. Russian exporters will be able to transfer foreign currency received from foreign buyers to direct suppliers of goods without its compulsory sale.
The relevant decree of the Russian President Vladimir Putin was posted on Monday. This refers to supply contracts made between Russian exporters and suppliers in pursuance of intergovernmental agreements. Exporters directly transferring goods to foreign buyers from Russian suppliers receive the right under the document to transfer received money to accounts of suppliers with authorized banks without compulsory sale of foreign exchange.
Received funds can be transferred in a foreign currency differing from the one indicated in the supply contract without its compulsory sale only subject to prior consent of the supplier.
The decree came into force from the day of its promulgation.
