"It’s our duty. It’s the up to journalists to tell the truth and to tell the truth at all cost," the American correspondent stated.

"I’ve been to war zones, I’ve been to wars and that does not scare me at all," she continued. "The only thing that scares me is [about] lying and the false stories getting out, it’s not okay."

"It is important to tell the truth about this situation, because it’s really getting out of control in the West," Bils added.

It was reported earlier in the month that representatives of 13 media outlets representing 11 countries visited the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR). The journalists arrived in the region to gather information about the developments in Donbass and deliver proper reports from the scene to their countries’ audiences.
