Ukrainian President said 15 regions have water supply issues

KIEV, November 25. /TASS/. Almost all Ukrainian regions continue to experience serious power outages, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said on Thursday.

"The situation with electricity remains challenging in almost all regions. Still, we are little by little walking away from the blackout, restoring power supply to more and more consumers with every hour," he said in a video posted to his Telegram channel.

The president said 15 regions have water supply issues. The situation is the hardest in the Dnepropetrovsk, Kiev, Kirovograd, Lvov, Poltava and Kharkov regions.

Ukraine issued an air raid warning on Wednesday, which lasted more than two hours. Reports of explosions and damage to infrastructure came from Dnepr, Kiev, Lvov, Nikolayev, Odessa, Kharkov and other cities.
