GENICHESK, November 18. /TASS/. Ukrainian troops are using children and teenagers as artillery fire adjusters in the Kherson Region, a spokesman for the local law enforcement agencies said on Friday.

"The Ukrainian side is making wide use of children and teenagers, who don’t understand the nature and consequences of their actions, both as adjusters of artillery fire targeting civil infrastructure facilities and for the purposes of its nationalist propaganda," he said.

According to the spokesman, one of the detained teenagers directed an artillery strike at an enterprise in the region’s Golaya Pristan district. "As a result of this strike, seven people were hurt," he added.
