BALI /Indonesia/, November 15. /TASS/. Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said that the only formula for a prisoner exchange with Russia is "all for all."

"We should unite for the sake of the only possible model of releasing prisoners - ‘all for all’," he said in a video address to the Bali-hosted G20 summit on Tuesday. According to the Ukrainian leader, this exchange should also include those civilians who left for Russia and children whom the Kiev regime calls "displaced persons."

The prisoner swaps between Ukraine and Russia are conducted according to the lists approved by the sides ahead of time. As Donbass ombudsmen told TASS, work on these lists continues. Following one of the exchanges, acting DPR Head Denis Pushilin said that this process was complex since the Kiev regime was mainly interested in swapping high-profile prisoners such as the members of the Azov nationalist battalion (outlawed in Russia and recognized as terrorist) which significantly hinders the negotiation process.
