West recruits terrorists to fight for Kiev regime, says Russian security chief

It is reported that members of international terrorist organizations are recruited by US and British intelligence services

MOSCOW, November 3. /TASS/. London and Washington are recruiting members of international terrorist organizations to fight for the Kiev regime, Secretary of Russia’s Security Council Nikolay Patrushev said at a meeting of CIS security chiefs on Thursday.

"Amid the special military operation, US and British intelligence services are recruiting members of international terrorist organizations with the aim of relocating them to participate in hostilities on the side of the Kiev regime," the Russian security chief warned.

Patrushev emphasized that Washington still has not abandoned attempts to negotiate with Afghanistan's neighboring countries "to create there, as indicated, an allegedly temporary infrastructure for anti-terrorist operations."

"I remind you that the Americans need this primarily for studying the potential theater of combat operations, specifying coordinates of future targets and adjusting digital maps for high-precision weapons," the Russian security chief pointed out.
