The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) prevented a terrorist attack at a transport facility in the Stavropol region, it was prepared by a supporter of the international terrorist organization Islamic State (outlawed in Russia), the Center for Public Relations of the Federal Security Service told TASS on Monday.
