Civilian killed in shelling of LPR town — mission to JCCC reports

Ukrainian troops fired one HIMARS rocket at the town

LUGANSK, November 20./TASS/. A civilian was killed when the Ukrainian armed forces the town of Kremennaya in the Lugansk People's Republic (LPR) using a HIMARS multiple rocket launcher, the LPPR mission to the Joint Center for the Control and Coordination on issues related to Ukraine’s war crimes reported on Sunday.

"The shelling of Kremennaya by Ukrainian armed units with the use of HIMARS MLRS was recorded at 08:00 (same time in Moscow - TASS). As a result of the shelling, a civilian born in 1993 was killed. Additional information is being specified," says a release posted on the JCCC's Telegram channel.

According to the mission, Ukrainian troops fired one HIMARS rocket at the town.
