MOSCOW, June 28. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin authorized efforts to minimize the impact from Ukrainian terrorist attacks on Russian civilian facilities at a meeting to discuss domestic fuel supplies on Sunday.

"We discussed in detail the situation on the domestic petroleum market at a meeting with government members several days ago. I would like to reiterate that the impact from terrorist attacks on our civilian facilities and infrastructure should be minimized," the Russian head of state said.
