Kiev uses Storm Shadow, ATACMS to hit non-military targets — Russian diplomat

"All of the above against the backdrop of a failed counter-offensive are attempts to shed civilians’ blood to please the demonized nationalist minority, which applauds the deaths of children, the elderly, and women," Rodion Miroshnik said

MOSCOW, November 21. /TASS/. The Ukrainian armed forces are massively using Storm Shadow, ATACMS and HIMARS multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) for strikes on non-military targets, the Russian Foreign Ministry's special envoy for crimes of the Kiev regime, Rodion Miroshnik, has told a news briefing.

As he noted, it follows from the data recorded by monitoring services that "for strikes on non-military targets, housing and social facilities, Ukrainian forces massively use long-range missiles Storm Shadow, SCALP, ATACMS and their modifications and equivalents, including those carrying cluster warheads."

"HARM missiles with long-expired shelf life, transferred by the United States to the Kiev regime in large amounts, HIMARS, GMLRS MLRS rockets and their modifications produced by various states of the Western Ramstein conspiracy, 155-millimeter shells with cluster charges, drones assembled from Western components, control systems, explosive elements and warheads are massively used," he listed.

"All of the above against the backdrop of a failed counter-offensive are attempts to shed civilians’ blood to please the demonized nationalist minority, which applauds the deaths of children, the elderly, and women," Miroshnik said.
