Lavrov says West pushes Ukraine to continue West’s war on Russia

According to the minister, Western countries are trying to evade the principle that states it’s necessary to avoid any military conflict between nuclear powers

MOSCOW, November 30. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on Wednesday said the West is pushing Ukraine to continue the West’s war on Russia.

He made the comment when speaking with the participants of the research and educational program called Dialogue in the Name of the Future.

According to the minister, Western countries are trying to evade the principle that states it’s necessary to avoid any military conflict between nuclear powers.

"That says a lot, including in the context of their policy regarding Ukraine, which is literally being pushed to continue the war that the West is waging on the Russian Federation," he said, according to his speech that was published on the Foreign Ministry’s website.
