Ukraine loses up to 50 troops in battles with LPR forces in past day

According to LPR Defense Ministry Spokesman Ivan Filiponenko, LPR military engineers cleared over six hectares of land of Ukrainian mines near the Viktorovka and Kamyshevakha settlements

LUGANSK, November 28. /TASS/. The Ukrainian Armed Forces lost up to 50 troops in battles with the People’s Militia of the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) in the past 24 hours, LPR Defense Ministry Spokesman Ivan Filiponenko wrote on Telegram on Monday.

"The enemy suffered huge manpower and equipment losses during active offensive operations in the past 24 hours. Up to 50 troops were killed," he said.

Filiponenko added that a Ukrainian tank and four armored personnel carriers had been destroyed.

In addition, according to him, LPR military engineers cleared over six hectares of land of Ukrainian mines near the Viktorovka and Kamyshevakha settlements.
