DONETSK, November 25. /TASS/. A kindergarten building was damaged in the city of Gorlovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) as a result of shelling by Ukrainian troops, Gorlovka’s mayor, Ivan Prikhodko, said on Friday.
"Kindergarten No. 52 was damaged as a result of shelling of Gorlovka’s Nikitovsky district by Ukrainian neo-Nazis," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
The DPR’s mission to the Joint Control and Coordination Center told TASS earlier that Ukrainian troops fire an average of 350 shells every day. It stressed that now Ukrainian troops are using heavy artillery systems whereas before the escalation of the conflict in February they had mostly used grenade launchers and mortars.
