Ukraine’s military actively using subversive groups in LPR western areas — militia officer

Ukrainian subversive/reconnaissance groups "use foreign encryption and English call signs" to transmit data to their military command, Andrey Marochko said

LUGANSK, November 17. /TASS/. The Ukrainian military has stepped up subversive activity in the western areas of the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR), LPR people’s militia officer Andrey Marochko told TASS on Thursday.

"In the areas of the communities of Lisichansk, Kremennaya and Svatovo, we have observed the increased activity of subversive/reconnaissance groups of the Ukrainian armed forces. The enemy’s groups of up to 10 men take advantage of terrain features and natural hideouts to try to approach our positions stealthily, reveal the deployment sites of our troops and materiel and adjust fire," the officer said.

Ukrainian subversive/reconnaissance groups "use foreign encryption and English call signs" to transmit data to their military command, Marochko said.

The LPR militia officer said on Wednesday that the Ukrainian military had amassed major forces and capabilities in the Lugansk area and was actively attempting to break through the defense line.
